Shipping Policy
Due to pandemic restrictions some packages are taking longer to deliver.
I send all the packages via Anpost and most deliveries arrive within 4-8 days if they are for delivery in the Republic of Ireland.
The free postage offer is still available ( Republic of Ireland only ) except for larger items like lamps that I cannot post due to the weight and they are for instore collection only.
Postage can be arranged for other countries as well. Please contact me to check on prices before placing the order.
Ethical and Environmental Policy
I am passionate about the environment and our beautiful coastlines. At Sevenoaks and Steele we are committed to trying to make the shop and shop practises as environmental as possible.
I support local and shop from Irish producers where possible.

Most of my stockists are small, independent, Irish designer makers who produce high quality handmade goods.
​
The store bags are made from recycled paper, the inks are water based and the bags are fully compostable. The gift wrap is made from recycled paper and is easily to recycle.

Most of the designers supply prints in compostable corn-starch bags.
​
Most of the silver and gold used in the fine jewellery is fairtrade and eco silver. Eco silver is produced from unwanted jewellery, scrap silver, electronics and medical equipment. Its not mined from the ground.
Gemstones are ethically sourced in all the Sevenoaks and Steele range of jewellery and the packaging is made from recycled materials.

I want you to be happy with your purchases and if something needs to be returned please send an email at hello@sevenoaksandsteele.com explaining why it is not suitable within 14 days of purchase. I am happy to offer you a credit note for the shop. Items need to be returned in the condition they were received.
I am happy to offer a full refund if something is faulty or not as described. Please note as most of the products I stock are handmade by small independent makers you will have slight variations from the photographs I have taken. It is the unique beauty of hand crafted goods that have been made by a artisan and not mass produced in a factory.
Please note I cannot accept earring returns for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
